so my family's been renting our house for 10 years now, and a while back our landlord had a stroke so he moved into a retirement home up the street, and his daughter took over. she's a snake in the grass imo, but she's terrible with finances, and until her husband quite his job [which gave them a free house with utilities and a good pay] she quit her job as well, but they insist on living as they did before, spending the rent on themselves instead of fixing and maintaining the house. a year ago she tried selling the house, giving us one month, but changed her mind and the woman swore to my mother and i we wouldn't move until april 2013, but she didn't write it down. so all we have is her word, and as i'm typing this, she's getting the house ready again to show the house to potential buyers.

what i'm wondering is, does anyone have a really good spell to keep them out? i've done some cleanings, but it's for spirits, not people, and they're never really strong because i've got spirits here i don't want forced out.
