Everyone help me.. When I try casting a spell(Ice Powers/My Favor) its not work.. And I try meditation.. It doesnt work again.. I was try try try try it but doesnt work on me.. Why? I need a lead to cast Ice Powers Spell.. And I need help.. I need answer why? It doesnt work..

Im seriously.. I getting tired now.. :(
