I am going to court regarding custody of my daughter. Her father is a serious alcoholic, is mentally unstable and very manipulative. He has done numerous things in the past, including writing a completely false letter to the judge about me and offering people money to call CPS on me several times (all reports being unfounded).
The judge is all about fathers rights and he is on a texting basis with the law guardian, to the point where he showed up an hour late to court, and the law guardian lied for him and said he had car trouble and when he finally arrived he said to me in front of my mother that he overslept. I just want the judge see him for who he really is. The court syastem is NOT fair, I don't care what anybody says. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
