About a year ago I had an (accidental) Astral projection and ever since I've had a heightend awareness to Astral beings.

Now I know this might seem weird, and I'll admit that I might be Hallucinating, but I think that I have this astral girl fallowing me. She doesn't seem to be mean or anything, in fact she seems quite friendly like a little sisster. But I still want to have some way of communicating with her or seeing her more clearly. I've Decided to call her Poh untill I can learn her real name.

She has been with me for a few days now and I can tell shes there because she often holds my arm when walking or rides on my back and when I lie down somethimes I feel cold air on a spcific area of my chest where I think she's resting her head.She fallows me everywhere and I'm enjoying her compainy, even now she's resting against my sholder watching me type this.

But I need to know if she is really there or not, and if she is are there any ways I can talk with her. I think she can read my mind but I can't be completely sure of what she is saying. I've tried astral projecting to talk with her but I haven't had much luck with it for a while now.

If anyone know's some way to help please let me know.
