Greetings, I officially joined SOM today! I am B and I am 25. I feel like I have always been a witch. I have always been interested in magic, dreams, and the supernatural. When I was young my mother used to bless our home with sage and read tarot and runes. My mother is who really piqued my interest at a young age. We used to celebrate Halloween like it was Christmas and she would always decorate my childhood home with witch statues, dolls, cauldrons, etc. I don't remember when she stopped doing all those things, but she did. As a teen, I remember finding a few things tucked away in a closet and I kept them for myself. I have books on dreams and a simple spells book that used to belong to my mother. She knows I dabble here and there but recently I've wanted to get really serious about it. I have a nice collection of animal skulls and other occult items. My mom never says much about it, but she's told me stories of our family, dating back a couple generations, about their encounters with magic. I think this online group will really help further cultivate my interest and provide some great insight and information. Thanks for being so accepting of all people!
