Hello I'm Jennifer, but friends call me J Jay. And this feels oddly like those times when you are the new kid at school and you have to introduce yourself
Long story short, experienced many tragic things lately. I am learning to understand myself better, and as a result have been more open to the world around me. Which is what brought me here. I keep getting other peoples energy and their thoughts/feelings. How do you I focus this energy to help them? Or how do I shut it down/ block it so that I don't feel like I am intruding on their life?
