I would like to learn how to heal myself and others using energy healing, I believe learning this would help me to also awaken my energy sensing abilities as thats a fundamental part to manipulating energy to heal oneself or others. I understand one must learn to feel out the energy within themselves to attune themselves and others, but I am having difficulty finding resources that do not require payment to learn. I was wondering if there were any Reiki users whom would be willing to share resources to this knowledge, or share their knowledge with me. I am also aware there are other forms of energy healing that are not Reiki based, so if anyone could share those resources with me that is of those respective practices I would be grateful for that as well.
