First I'd like to ask about my aura, I can sometimes see it. It is a happy sky color that is mostly static and if I concentrate I can see it extend about 4-5 inches off my body. But sometimes when I visualize it or try to feel it, it feels like it's split down the middle and half is a bright gold, the other a shadowy black. When I visualize a halo or the like around my head it's also black and gold but more synchronized. I've never heard of this before.

Second I can sometimes feel a black shadow entity behind me holding on to my shoulders. It's always seemed to be there and it seems to want to, and probably has helped me, as much as it can. I also think it protects me.
