(The following article is based on observation and research from various newsletters. It should not be taken as fact and not meant to be offensive in any way)
Its come to my attention racism is still prevalent in our times, but has a new face. People of lighter skin being seen as more attractive is not a new phenomena, but this has been taken to a new level. (Light skin, not just Caucasian) you heard the phrase "There's nothing so absurd that if you repeat it often enough, people will believe it."
Well there seems to be truth in this according to Many psychologists have pointed to a problem all of us have encountered. We believe some things just because we want to think they are true. Psychologist Nicholas DiFonzo adds another element. Humans have a desperate need to make sense out of a world that often seems senseless. We believe, because the alternative seems unacceptable.

It is pretty obvious lighter skin people are more portayed as beautiful graceful and just plain out angelic. Magazines, movies, cartoons etc portraying them as beautiful. Its not that they are wrong, but its that generally they are portaid more than others. Dark skinned people are usually looked down upon and this obviouslly is damaging to their self esteem. Ive even heard of how some girls in china use umbrellas to stay light skinned because it shows a social status thing. This instills a sort of superiority whether intentional or not. That is how this belief is being spread, unintentionally. This idea is presented to us repeatedly in various ways and is accepted subconsciously. Consiously we may say no to many things but subconsciously we may say otherwise. It is their we have many memories and beliefs we dont even know about but act upon.

This idea may be reinforced with a type of karma called ancestral karma. It is said we carry beliefs genetics and memories from our ancestors. Dr Brian Dias, from the department of psychiatry at Emory University, said: "We have begun to explore an underappreciated influence on adult behaviour ? ancestral experience before conception.

new research has shown that it is possible for some information to be inherited biologically through chemical changes that occur in DNA.

Researchers at the Emory University School of Medicine, in Atlanta, found that mice can pass on learned information about traumatic or stressful experiences ? in this case a fear of the smell of cherry blossom ? to subsequent generations.

This could explain how this idea from older times has been transferred to modern times. Another indication from a kundalini yoga practitioner said that in meditation she realized she felt she had deep stemmed beliefs of how a lady should act amd felt it wouldnt let her be herself. She mentioned how her grandma was like that and felt it was transferred to her even though she had different beliefs consciouslly.

I myself have this experience but differently. I am gay and have accepted after some guidance and care. But one day doing a yogic meditation that was specifically for my subconscious i wondered about my relationships and why they ended so strangely. Almost immediately it occurred to me "its unnatural ". In otger words i subconsciously still believed it wasnt right and made me push away guys. I remembered how as a kid whenever homosexuality was mentioned it was always a "its unnatural and sacrilege to man" was repeated over and over anywhere i went. So conciously i accepted myself but subconsciously i felt like a freak.

So is there a way to heal such ideas and help us move forward to equality subconsciously? Well the mantra Gobinday mukanday mantra says it is possible. This mantra is specifically used to cleanse our subconscious and deap seated blocks. I used it concerning this and poof like magick my self esteem boosted. Its not that i dislike light skinned peole, as i am light tannish to btw lol. But that didnt stop ke from feeling lower than blondes. My crushes or bf's always left me for a blonde which i realized i subconsciously always feared that id be replaced by one and eventually manifested it. Doing the mantra i felt suddenly more attractive and notice nicer treatment around me generally.

If you feel like you need help get a professional, i do so to and using mantras and therapy together is miraculous.

The mantra is here and i put a link because the website shows it both in gurmukhi and English and has much info worth the read regarding the mantra. It should be done at least 40 days for a few minutes as deep seated beliefs take awhile to eradicate and 40 days is recommended to make an impact in your subconscious. 90 is better but thats up to you.

I am sorry if anyone is offended by this as this is a touchy subject but i feel like if nothing is done only more damage will continue. I know not everyone us like that but a good chunk probably are

Good day
