this is my first post so forgive me if I didn't place it in the right topic

energy control is very simple the way I see it um my way maybe different I am not sure there is many views and there for here is mine.

the way I see energy is dark and light matter the left hand is dark energy and the right hand is light energy so far this has been working for me dark is purple light is gold long as both energy is in balance they can be used it takes a lot of meditation and focus to control these energy when you have them under control your able to heal and use the energy for anything and again this is just my point of view and how I do my studies and spells I have two main spirit guides that have been with me since I was a child that have guided me and the info I am sharing is what I have been threw I am training someone right now with the same basics I was shown
