ok so im getting these weird dreams more frequently as time passes

After i sleep i start seeing different images abstract stuff.and all of a sudden i see weird physics theories and all about photons,energy,interspace travel and suddenly im standing in a spaceship which i steer towards earth when i start seeing it from space.im kinda terrified and without control i start running towards steps in spaceship towards a chamber and after i open i see these grey aliens.thats where i get these real strong vibrations i wanna wakeup but i cant.its like im paralysed i try but i cant.Im unable to wakeup until my mom shakes me hard.its like i know im dreaming,im terrified,scary strong vibs,i wanna wakeup but i cant.i can hear my mom calling me but i cant wake up.the more i see those grey faces the stronger the vibration gets.Now im not a guy who reads lot of alien stuff And all
