Hi, As I've mentioned before... I'm new at "spellcasting" I guess I can say. Done & still do the basics: meditate, visualize, etc.
My question is:
Whow do you know how to choose your Magical Helper/s
Ex: Goddess, Spirit Guide, etc.
Is meditation the way to do it?
