I have seen a lot of people on here talking about how they are feeling "under the weather", well there are many ways that you can help recover faster. Such as drinking some tea;

  • Echinacea tea helps boost your immune system
  • Some chamomile tea at night will help you rest so your body can help heal and earn its well deserved rest

Or maybe you are not a fan of tea? Very well, if you have eucalyptus essential oil you can annoint your forehead, wrists, and throat and instantly feel a boost of energy and a cleared mind.
