I want to share with you my little knowledge of herbalism. I saw that many people interested in learning this art, so here are a small guide. I call it "247 system", now you will see why.

Classification of plants:

We can classify plants according to three principles, gender(2), element(4) and ruling planet(7). This is a general classification, each plant has its own purpose but this way we can have an idea of the type of dominant energy possessed by each plant. Of course, a single plant may have several key attributes. But first things first.

Gender - 2

Male plants: powerful energy, used for protection, health, strength ... (sunflower, dandelion, sage ...)

Female plants: subtle energy, used to love, reconciliation, development of psychic powers, divination ... (millefolium, mugwort, vervain ...)

Element - 4

Earth: Prosperity, abundance, wealth ... (mugwort, vervain)

Air: Wisdom, divination, purification ... (sage, dandelion)

Fire: Power, courage, transformation ... (basil, rosemary)

Water: Emotions, love, friendship ... (lettuce, althea officinalis)

Ruling Planet - 7

Sun: Healing, protection (rosemary, bay)

Moon: Fertility, healing, dreams (mauve, lily)

Mercury: Wisdom, divination, psychic powers (mint, thyme)

Venus: Beauty, love, friendship (mugwort, vervain)

Mars: Strength, purification, courage (basil, ginger)

Jupiter: Legal, wealth (clove, sage)

Saturn: Exorcism, longevity (aconite, ivy)
