Protect Your Hair in Winter

I want to share some Information about How to protect your hair in winter....well i have post some potion about how to get rid from dry hair, from dandruff and dry scalp.....if you want to see it when its avaliable in Herblism.........And if you have any bought then mail me.....i will be happy to help you.
I m not profressional about Herbls and all but i have some thing....so their it goes...
1) Cover Your Crown
>If you experience breakage in one or two specific area of your hair, it might have nothing to do with your hair care routine. woollen caps and scarves rub against and pull on belicate hair, breaking it off at the nape of your neck or at the crown of your head. Try sewing a satin or silk lining inside your woollen cap. Wear it right so that it doesn't circulation in your scalp. While a cap or a scarf is a great way to protect your hair from the harsh weather, keeping hair all tied up can lead to overactive sebaceous (oil)glands that leave your hair oily and limp.

2) Do Not Shampoo Often
>No matter how much you like steaming hot water in winter, it is a complete no-no. Boiling hot water can leave your scalp dry and flaky and your hair brittle. Wash your hair with lukewarm water. Also, do not shampoo your hair too often so that your natural hair oils are not depleted due to excessive washing. In cold weather, both the hair and scalp dry out very easily.

3) Treat Your Hair
>Treat yourself ti a hair spa every fortnight. It involves oil massage, steaming and shampooing followed by a deep conditioning mask. It increases scalp blood cirrculation. Massaging your hair with coconut, almond, olive, jojoba, jaborandi or rosemary oil is a good way of replenishing the natural nutrients in your hair and scalp.

4) No Dryers Please
>Avoid using hair dryers during winter months.
Blow drying already brittle and dry hair will only make them worse. If you have to attend a party and dry your hair for that perfect look, try the cool setting for your dryer. Your hair might take longer to dry but the shine in your hair will be well worth it.

5) Fight Back Static
>Hair static is caused by a lack of moisture. Brush with natural and not plastic bristles. Also, use a wide tooth wooden comb and do not comb your hair when it is wet. Another way to combat static is to spary a small amount of hair spary on your hairbrush when you are done styling and brush it through from top to bottom. You can also get a sheet of fabric softener and wip across your hair. It help control frizz.

6) Conditioning Is A Must
>Your shield against the harsh winter season is a rich conditioner. Condition your hair every time you wash it, as it increases elasticity, strength and shine of your hair. If you do not wish to opt for ready made ones, then coconut milk is an expert natural conditioner. If you have curly hair, don't rinse out all your conditioner, or re-apply a very light coat after towel-drying. Also use lukewarm water for the rinse as it will lock in the moisture and seal the ends. Use a leave-in conditioner, if you intend to use hot styling equipment like a curling iron or a blow dryer.

7) Shine On
>Winter can strip your hair of its natural oils and leave your tresses dull and life-less. Make sure to use a leave-in hair serum or cream. It will smoothen your hair too. Using vinegar for the last rinse is another way to bring shine to your hair.
