Hello everybody. Yesterday I've started astral projection practise after sometime..not long but anyway. I heard binaural beats, as like always. But didn't make it. Vibrations didn't come. I downloaded some reandom from youtube. And sometime I felt asleep. I don't remember even a dream.. I would like help please, because I want to achieve this really bad but something is happening with binaural beats.. Maybe they aren't appropriate designed?

I also thought a "technique" that seems more simple to me. I thought this time, to download binaural beats for lucid dreaming. So I will nornally go to bed and I will fall asleep with these beats, so I will be lucid dreaming. Then I thought I could escape from lucid dreaming to the astral plane, but I don't know how to do that. What will I think??
