I've been trying for awhile now, but I can't seem to astral project. I once (not too long ago) had a dream where I astral projected and looked at myself standing there, but I got too excited and woke up.

I've been doing youtube meditations, but I either fall asleep, it doesn't work, or I get distracted.

I really want to astral project.

Help?
