Hello and Blessed Be! I have two particular experiences that may have been forms of my astral body attempting to project (both happened last night) and I need some opinions. I used a binaural beat audio to help induce AP. So, the first experience was weird. I got to the vibration stage. Suddenly, I began seeing many colors spinning around my room and I could barely feel my body. From the inside, I felt a tender lightness evoke and I felt like I could lift out. My left arm felt like it could go first. I tried projecting but I lost the ability if this was a true attempt. The second time I used the audio again and I got back to the vibration stage. To my left, I felt a prescence of someone sitting next to me and I immediately saw my deceased grandma in my mind: she was smiling at me. To my right, I felt another prescence and the image of my deceased aunt appeared in my thoughts and she was smiling at me as well. I felt excited and tried lifting up too much, but then fear knocked me out of the state. What do you think this all was? Any improvement? Please read! ~SullenMoon
