So, I guess this is a condensed version of my AP questions. First: I was reading a book on Runes, and the author mentioned that he projected astrally into a rune to help discern its meaning when other sources couldn't be found. Is this viable? Does that work?

Secondly: I've never attempted astral projection but two nights ago I had an interesting phenomenon happen. I was reading on time spells, where you pictured a clock, set it to a time and place, then entered by visualizing yourself entering through the clock face to the destination. Some details were gathered by doing this, but it was very late and I was tired so I went back through before I went to sleep. That night featured super vivid dreams and I woke up the next morning very tired. It was then I realized that several previously forgotten dreams were in recall, some of which I told my boyfriend about months ago. All in all very interesting and compelling. The question is: was this AP or similar?
