Ok a few years ago, 2 i think. Before i discovered wicca and Paganism, i was relaxing in my bed, trying to sleep. And i kinda just got an image in my head of me sleeping, well trying to sleep. Then my vision of me opened my eyes, i felt a tug in my chest and i was back to normal. From what little of what iv read on the subject, could this be a form of Astral Projection
