Hello, for the last 5 or so years I have been meditating and researching on the craft. I have always found a spiritual connection with wicca and am always looking into expanding my knowledge and wisdom through the craft. Over the past year while meditating I will see and feel a bright warm light flash all around me. It happens around 2 to 3 times a session, and sometimes wakes me completely from my meditative state. The internet is my only source of knowledge on wicca and while there is a lot of articles that speek of a warm white light I was wondering if anybody would have an idea or theory as to what I am experiencing.
