Payment must be made via Paypal. Credit Cards and online cheques can be processed through Paypal. Paypal is a secure online payment system. All prices are in USD and conversion with other currencies will be done by Paypal. Estimated price conversions in any other currency than USD which may appear by products are just estimates and not the actual sale price.
Orders outside of the USA may be accessed a tariff or border fee.
Purchasers will be responsible for all these and any additional shipping costs.

SpellsOfMagic reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Items may go out of stock or be discontinued before we can process orders. If items are not available you will be contacted about possible solutions.
SpellsOfMagic reserves the right to change prices without notice. Our prices are based on the price we pay from our supplier, if their prices change so will ours. We will do our best to honour all prices as stated at the time of your order.
Our inventory, stock levels and pricing is updated weekly. We attempt to keep all information up to date, however, we do not guarentee the information provided to be completely accurate. In the event of an error with an item in your order you will be notified and we will work with you to deliver to you the best service possible.
We ship with UPS or USPS, whichever is most affordable. If you have a preference please contact us before placing your order.
When we do not have items in stock ourselves, our supplier ships orders directly from their warehouses.

Returns are only accepted on broken, damaged or mis-picked items. In the event that an error was made in your order, or item received was damaged, please contact us and we will get back to you regarding returns. We will only accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges if contacted within 7 days of recipt of product and upon return of items to us.
SpellsOfMagic does not sell or give your information away. Your information and order may be passed on to our supplier in the event that they need to ship the order directly to you.
We use Azure Green to supply the majority of our products. Items are may be shipped directly from them to you.
As such some items may be labled as being from Azure Green and you may receive their catalogue or other information directly from them.
