On the field to be made fertile, place a wooden idol of Ishtar on the ground. On the ground in front of the Inana idol, place a vulva-shaped formation of kudzu leaves. Point your wooden wand at the ground and say,
“Earth, grow plenteous herbs fast, faster and fastest to avoid a dearth!"
I doubt it is real, though it can be seen as a very simple working with quite a direct statement of intent.
That said, I'd recommend against using live kudzu for this, as it is invasive. If enough of the stem or vine is still attached to the leaf, it has the potential of taking root, and if not removed with enough dedication until its recurrences are eradicated, it will continue to grow and spread. It is one of the fastest growing plants.
I'm not sure the origin of this, either, considering kudzu is native to Japan, and was almost definitely not present in the ancient cultures who worshiped Inanna or Ishtar. Hence I wonder if it is a fairly recent idea, and takes a naive stance on not just the shape of the leaves of kudzu but also its fast-growing nature for granted.
Remember, sometimes something done in innocence can have undesirable outcomes.
As outlined, this does not work. If you do not work with these deities, do not call on them, especially without an offering. It also does not charge Magikal energy, and saying one time ''I want plants to grow'' is not a spell. A lot more goes into a spell than this.
