Take the stance that you feel that you thrive in flowing energy and chant this once.

''Rain, rain go away, don't come back until I say. Rain, rain I don't care if you're a god, leave me alone or so help me god!''

Wait a while and the sun will come up if you did it correctly but also, I don't remember the exact words but I've rounded it to this
