I came up with this spell when I was about 9 after realizing my flower fairy book had a spell for sun and one for rain but not for snow!

Close your eyes and hold your snowflake above your head. Now spin in a circle three times and say:
''Clouds show, show the snow. Show the snow today hooray!''

(I told you I came up with this when I was 9 but it has always worked for me!)

It may work for the caster but not for everyone. Plus it would take a ton of energy to move the weather to your area to snow. Also, if it doesn't snow naturally in your area [dessert, summertime] it won't snow. Maybe rain, but not snow.

I highly doubt this works since it is rather simplistic and does not have the required energy for weather magick. Unless you are adept with weather magick, I do not see this working. If you wish to test it, look at the weeks weather report in your area, try casting, then check the next day to see if the report changed.
