If it is raining and you want it to increase, chant: "Rain, rain. Pour, pour. Make it thunder, give me more". It should instantly begin to rain harder. If you want it to stop raining, chant: "Rain, rian. Drip, drop. Make the rain come to a stop". And it should slow the rain.
