How long dose it take to work of is it instantaneous?

It depends on how dedicated you are to learning. You still need to work on it, results don't come to you if you don't do anything.

This will not instantly make you fluent in whatever language you choose. What's more likely to happen is that it'll be easier finding people to practice with, your learning speed will increase slightly, and language learning programs may become more available to you. You still need to put in the effort in learning it.

You cannot say ''I want to speak all the languages'' and poof, you are a linguistic genius. As Prismlight suggested, you could edit this spell and use it before studying to set your intention and help you retain information. But no spell will make you learn a language without any effort.

What does it mean by “________ means you can choose poem/song/drawing, etc” ?

I believe the intention is to choose some spoken work as a supposed offering to the robo-call to nonspecific deities. However, read the other comments. This spell is outside the realm of reality. It cannot work.

Nah. Don't look at it as a disappointment. While the original intent isn't realistic, the spell can be reworked to be more realistic. It's not a complete failure.
