I tried this and it snowed about an hour later🤗 but then it snowed a lot more and I got a snow day 😁😁😁

Charge enough energy and it is possible, provided it is winter, to make it snow. This seems a little too simplistic to work as outlined unless you are already skilled with weather magik.
