Put all the ingredients in the bowl.Chant: "the darkness attracts all" ten times. Now hold the rock in your hands and think.Then after you think and stuff put your hand over the bowl and say the darkness charm x4.Now people will attract so be careful. Be sure for your so called charm to be carried around by you as when you need it. Let nobody hear or know about this charm.

You are making the charm using this spell. The spell itself is incomplete, as certain ingredients aren't used at all, there's incomplete descriptions of many things, and there isn't enough energy being put in to produced the desired outcome. Theoretically, you could call upon the darkness to charge a stone, with the intention of attracting others for whatever reason, but this spell doesn't list the correct way of doing that.
