Relax. Imagine your aura. Imagine your aura caving in on yourself.

If you find yourself in a new room you did it correctly. You are in your soul. If not continue doing steps 1-3

Wander around for a bit until you see something element-like (a plant, forest fire, lake etc.) if this did not happen keep wandering around
