i dont think you can affect time itself with witchcraft

You cannot control time, as such, this spell doesn’t work.

this here is where the placebo effect comes in it tricks you mind into thinking time has evaded you. you can't really control time.

You can change your own perception of time, which is as close as you can get to time itself, but if you adjusted this spell you could make it affect your own perception of time.
