Create a strength and protection amulet. To make this amulet, go out at dawn and pluck a small piece of bark from the east side of a tree. Bind this with a piece of yarn and say: "Gathered from where the sun awoke.. The power of protection and strength, I invoke". Now wrap the bark in cloth and carry it with you.

This requires an edit, but in theory, this would work as a type of folk MagiK or possibly Rootwork. Research the tree as different species contain specific Magikal properties. Next, the colour of of yarn and cloth can be significant. Black and white are both protective, so you could pick one of each. As you wrap the item, imagine a cocoon covering you in protective light. However, how powerful this charm could be, I am not sure. You can add to it with sigils, crystals, herbs and oils. But as outlined, it should keep some daily negative energy away. Be sure to cleanse and recharge it once a month.
