This will conjure up a shield. This is not a physical shield.

  • Mind
  • Ability to make a psi ball

Visualize yourself making a psi ball but make it into a protective sphere around you body. It can be any colour, and you can add any element you want to it. When you are finished and ready chant:

 

"Contego!"

Does this work??

See, this method is useful but incomplete. Basically, you'd need the psi ball to expand and engulf you. You need to visualize the energy either being white or gold. Depending on your main element, you may give it an elemental aspect which should make it a tad bit stronger. The feeling will probably be weird. If you've properly made it and then ''order'' it to grow (I just say ''raise'' which is not the same but it works) and it should do it. Thing is, it may feel like you immediately failed since you won't feel the energy between your hands anymore. That's normal, since the energy is now around your body. You can make this a sphere or, if you're more skilled, you can have it 5 centimeters away from any bodypart.
