CASTING GOOD AND EVIL SHADOWS
SEE THE STRANGE LURK WITHIN THE NIGHT
FULL MOON OF FORETELLING
FULL MOON OF GREAT SILENCE
FEAR CONTROLS ALL THEE
DROWNING THEE IN OWN TEARS
FULL MOON OF CLAIMING
FULL MOON IS HERE

The incantation seems to focus a lot more on invoking the powers of the moon rather than bringing any protection. If you aren't concentrating sufficiently on this spell being protective (and probably visualizing) then it probably won't have the described effect. 3/5.
