First, write 3 wishes on the paper and if i mean only 3 that means only 3. Then below your wishes,write your name. Fold the paper by 3 then go to the sea, lake, swamp or even your toilet. Flush it or put it in the water and then turn back and chant

You would be sending the energy out attracting that desired outcome. Be observant of their behaviour, talk to them and be yourself, but don't sit around asking if it worked, because you would be sending doubt towards the situation. I have my doubts on this spell. You can write a petition. Be sure to fold the paper towards you if your wish is to bring something into your life and away from you if the wish is to remove something. Using water is interesting. Fire typically works better in these situations. Also, while you can flush it down the toilet, flushing spells are symbolic for removing waste from your life. Think curses or banishing people you dislike. There is also no energy behind this. You should charge energy and imagine your desires while you cast. On the surface, writing a wish on a piece of paper and tossing it into a lake is plausible, the energy and effort you put in would determine if it was a spell or simply littering.
