Write 3 times on a piece of paper and someones name, then draw a pentacle. Then chant 3 times: "Black with the heart and down with the chain. (Person) will never reach any fame. Goddess Hectate, give them bad luck. You provide in this, I shall reside. Keep the negative energy away from me. Cease and desist. So mote it be".
Unless you already work with Hecate, I would not try this. The claim this spell will protect you from misfortune is a lie. To hex someone you must charge the Magikal energy with negative intention. The energy will grow denser and linger in your space. Unless you cleanse afterward, the negativity will remain and slowly poison you. That is why so many receive ''bad luck'' after a curse and assume karma is after them. You will then panic and charge more negative energy and make the situation worse. Calling on Hecate for vengeance, especially if you do not work with her, will result in you being ignored at best, and cursed at worse. However, if you rework the chant, focus your hatred on the person and say a chant to release the energy, this can hex someone. As outlined, I am almost certain it will not work unless you work with Hecate, or fix the chant.
