Casting Instructions for 'Simple Healing'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Clear Quartz of any size
  • Rosemary
  • A picture of you or the person
  • Sage

  • Sage

Clear your mind make sure to have no negativity thoughts in your head. Second-use the sage to cleanse your clear Quartz and the air around you.

Third-take the picture set it down wherever you have cleansed and set up a circle around it with the Rosemary. Next call upon the goddess Airmids to assist you and yo watch over this spell.

Then take your piece of clear Quartz and put it on or above the picture of you or the person. Imagine all the pain coming out and only good going in.
