First clear your mind and close your eyes. Next, imagine you are in a warm place then after get your finger and point it up then say: 

Today is cold now make it warm I plee I cry I am cold I want fire I want heat so mote it be.

Charge your body with energy and feel warmer. Do not expect to say this and suddenly the room is ten degrees warmer though.
