The power of the body is more than anyone can see. The aura, apart of the living body, part of the mood tell and other things. Now your mood is important when doing spell work. You should always be in a clean and sensable mood.

Now showers can help clean the body (not baths), Now make sure your body becomes clean otherwise you will not be able to do the spells.
