Have the 2 necklaces on with 2 stones in each hand and say

I call upon magic from my ancestors bones
I wish to have an amercombie and finch's models body
With a face angelic and gody
With no hair from my nostrils down
Looking handsome from my head to the ground
This spell will make me handsome forever
And could only be undone by me
Using magic from my family tree
This is my will so mote it be!"

Holding an object and saying ''make me handsome'' will not work. You cannot change your physical form. At best, this could cast a glamour, but reading over the chant and the spell I doubt it. Furthermore, this chant emphasizes one form of physical appearance when there is not a one size fits all appearance.
