A blizzard would be nice

You should only say this once..... but if you want to be sure you can say it three times.

Weather magick is a questionable topic. You won't be able to create a blizzard out of nothing, it won't suddenly start snowing either. At best you could speed up weather formation within your local area (for example, if it is already likely and expected to snow), but even this is debatable.

This is too simplistic to work. If weather magick is possible, it requires a lot of energy which this spell does not.
