It's a spell to make an easy but powerful blizzard. It's great to use if you want to stay home from work, or for the kids to miss school an extra day or two.

Casting Instructions for 'Make a blizzard.'

You will need the following items for this spell:

Say this:
'Oh, Goddess of cold
Please send more snow.
A blizzard would be nice,
So make it as cold as ice.
So mote it be.'

This really should work at the first time you say it, so no need to reapeat, unless you think it's needed. If so, chant this three times to make sure.

I live in Escondido, and it never snows during the winter. Will it still work?

No. If you live in a climate that does not get snow, this would result in rain. Weather magick still follows the laws of nature.

Sounds too simplistic to work. Perhaps if you are skilled in weather magick it might work for you. Also, be aware if you live somewhere that snow is not common, you might experience rain. Real Magic does not defy nature.
