Forget About Person

Hi. I learned this from Dolores Cannon, who passed away years ago. This is how you let go off a person and completely forget them.

Close your eyes for a second and afterwards, visualize ripping the soul contract you have with the person, visualizing the person aswell. Afterwards, chant:

(Name) I let you go,
(Name) I set you free,
(Name) I leave you at peace,
So mote it be.
