Linking spell?

I'm looking for a linking spell that allows the person to link to an object and how to spell words is that when the person links to the object it can allow them to transfer thoughts through dodge it mostly affecting how the object works in pacifically how they want the object to work but not only but doing that they can also affect if they want to break the object or make it better I'm looking for a specific smell that allows you to do that and they can use it the other way around with devices as they can also download things that they want from the object to their mind let's say if someone is trying to study for a test and they don't have the information so they download the information on the computer to their mind so they can use that information that they downloaded from the device.
