It started when I was seduced by a haunting in the house hold. Something tried to seduce me and finally I let it happen. I had sex with this haunting...She was attractive and made it seem alright. Slowly there was things happening until it became obvious and I was still in denial. People started to call me a Jinx at work. I started paying attention to what I was doing. Things came to mind I was not thinking, Words left my mouth that I was not saying and when I resisted there was a strain forcing it. I was touching my privates when I didn't want to. When I resisted I would get a stab and pain that would make me jolt up and words would leave my mouth saying things like "Oh you like that (S word) don't ya!" I would have weird dreams as well. It has happened for a few years now. I tried different ways of getting rid of it, even tried church. When I listen to spiritual music or spiritual text, I feel forced to stop. My body moves on its own and turns off the music or closes the book. I am pretty calm minded accept I get sad that it's happening. The sadness seems normal but what is not normal is when my body makes me make angry expressions when I am not angry especially when I try to force myself to be calm and resist. My body forces me to break things and put wholes in walls but I am not angry but my face says I am and my actions do. I am pretty sure anyone would feel sad if this was happening to them though. It definitely bullys me and I am able to resist it but not all the time and it does not go away. I do know I need help which is why i came on this site. I tried the church like I said but they don't really help, some may pray for me some even say they sense a spirit is attacking me and prayed over me and said its gone now and gave me his prayer card and all of that. It wasn't gone at all wasn't gone even a little bit. Even makes fun of me when I try to pray. Might even tell me secrets about people. Tells me what some people are about to say and then they say it. Even shows me what they do when no one is looking...I hope it is lying sometimes because people are gross and evil if it is not lying. It Told me whos into witchcraft and all of a sudden that person hints to me that they are into witchcraft. I cleaned my house, organized my space already and practice generally morally good behaviors. I don't have anyone around me to ask for help. I already tried church, something forces me not to say it and I cannot say anything no matter how hard I try. I came across spiritual people who claim to be experts but display toxic behaviors like making fun of me and spreading rumors about me being a loser or about me being homeless because I sometimes take the bus. I am not homeless by the way and don't believe me to be a loser considering I worked as a teacher. I did learn a lesson though...Having sex with unknown spirits can have disastrous consequences and a lot of spiritual people have their own spiritual problems some of them don't know it, and not everyone in a position to help others has any business helping other people and they cause more harm than good.
You might want to look into finding an exorcist that can do an exorcism in person. That’s a thing that’s done better with physical contact. Also I would do some protection spells for now until I could find an exorcist.
I'm trying to find one in different places, including this website. I figured sense these are spell casters familiar with this kind of thing, I would also find one here. I have tried different kinds of protection spells and it has not gotten any better, at all.

I understand the desire for a quick solution as well, but proper action takes time and consideration. Especially if you want it to be effective. Any working worth their salt will spend time seeking as much information as possible. I the Christian faith, for example, it can take literal months of talking and investigation before clergy will even perorm a lesser exorcism of a person or house. Even just asking for a blessing on your home can take a while.
If you do meet someone local to you who is willing to help, you should be mindful of scammers. They should have a process for helping, including looking for information on your home, yourself, and the being itself. Including history. They should also be willing to answer your questions. Especially when it pertains to their practice, training, and process. If the response is "I can't tell you" or "it is a secret" or otherwise a dodging statement then that is a huge red flag. You should also be present and involved with the process. If a person says anything similar to a theme of "give me money and I will go bury it in a graveyard" or "I need 'x' money to make a ritual at home" immediately show them the door. If they try to say they need extra/excess money for magic ingedients/components, also show them the door. The most common one-time use tools are incense (like sage) candles (a dollar-store item) maybe some consecration oil or holy/sacred water (usually home made) salt or on occasion some grain alcohol. All of which is dirt cheap and easy to access. They should already have the more expensive tools if they have an active practice. Athames, wands, chalice, crystals... those are all things a person collects and keeps. Like a mechanic and his wrenches, you don't need to buy a new set for every job.
Those cautions aside, it is of course a service being given and the worker has the right to set their price for that service. Just be aware of warning signs and feel free to say no if it is too high. Your situation, though frustrating, is not an immediate or dangerous one. You have the right to shop around.
I'm going to have some more thoughts (and possibly questions) about the situation itself, but I tend to have limited time in a day so it might take a bit.
