Feel better mentally

Post # 1
Hey all... I've recently been going through some things and was wondering if anyone knew a spell to feel slightly better? I recently had an argument with a close friend which ended our friendship and then an argument with my stepmum and I just don't feel good anymore. But I also dont want to break my streak so if anyone has any solutions, please comment.

Concentrate all your energy in your hand, until you see a glooming source of pure energy in the palm of your hand. A white, purified, source of energy. Take off your shirt, and, apply your hand with 5 centimeters of distance on your heart. Move it up and down, around, and do so with intent to heal your heart. Pratice this and you won't have to worry about heartbreaks anymore, as, the healing power you can use with your hand is great.

I think happy thoughts when bad ones start clouting my head space. I usually start with gratitude, I try to see the positive in any situation or my life in general. When a disagreement occurs I try to see the lesson to take away. I forgive myself any wrong doing and focus on doing better. I keep faith that if a relationship is meant to be or to heal it will when it's time. You can carry a stone to help you manage your emotions while you heal, I suggest tigers eye, amethyst, selenite, onyx, or lapis, below are links to a few of these stones that we carry in our site store;

I normally take some time to myself. I find a place where I won't be bother and I just tell myself I banish these thoughts that way they are no longer rolling around in my head. And, while not a spell I typically listen to music that will uplift my spirit or make me feel good.

Cleansing whether it be with smoke or a bath is another option. Energy from those arguments can linger around you and may add to your mental stress. Don't forget grounding as well. If the arguments happened in your own space, cleansing that space is also a good idea.

Have you tried apologizing?

Even if you don't feel you've done anything wrong or even if you are right, sometimes arguments we have with friends and family are not worth losing a friend or family member. Many a time have I told another they were right to avoid an unnecessary argument. My brothers have come to a point of almost brawling over simple differences in musical tastes.

What I am saying is, sometimes apologizing can help, even if we didn't necessarily do anything wrong.

And if you did say some things that weren't so nice, shouldn't ammends be made or the effort put in to make them?

Personally I recommend looking into positive psychology, there are lots of techniques in positive psychology that could help you feel better.
Like other people have already said you should try making a gratitude list. It can really help you realise what is good in life and can help you feel better when you're feeling lost.

In terms of energy work you can clear quartz to transmute the unwanted thoughts and their energy into positive energy, you can also look into the Tree Grounding technique, or if your experienced enough yourself you can transmute the energy yourself. In terms of more mental or mundane methods you can look into taking a step back and try to talk yourself through why you don't need to be having these bad feelings that are you making you sad. Now, I don't know your specific situation but if it gets really bad don't be afraid to talk to someone you trust about it. If you need anything please don't hesitate to contact me.
