There is a coven on the site geared toward the learning of younger individuals. It is called Teen Witches. You may find it a good fit.

My own recommendation would be to also collect as much reading material as you can. There is a lot of information out there, though admittedly some authors are better than others.

Try firing up Google maps for your city, and searching for 'metaphysical', it should locate any spiritually oriented book or crystal stores in your area. Store personnel are by and large happy to help, and can recommend some stuff for you that they would have in stock. (You can write them down as gift ideas for birthdays, etc. That's how I filled in most of my library.)

My own practice has been more focused on new-agey stuff like energy working, so my own list would be for authors like Linda Goodman, Mary Summer-rain, and Dan Millman. All good reads (though Linda Goodman can be a bit hard to wrap your head around at first) but not really magically oriented.

One I can recommend is 'The 21 lessons of merlin'. It is written largely in the format of a story of Arthur's youth, and not at all historically accurate in that regard. Which is why it gets the nickname '21 lessons of balderdash'. But the appendices and especially introductory chapters on symbolism are useful, and many of the philosophies woven through the stories can be learned from.

I am sure others here who are more specifically dedicated to a magical path can offer some more recommendations as well.

In some places, it is illegal to teach witchcraft to a minor without the parents' consent. Few people are willing to take on a minor as a student due to this.
You have the ability to teach yourself how to do witchcraft you just have to work at it.
