Not Always true. The Inverted Pentagram also represents those who have advanced enough, or have began on the 'higher' course of wicca or paganism. Generally, only very adept students (those who others would consider masters) use the inverted.
sry guys, wqas having a bad day when i wrote it... besically you cant put the wiccan and satanic pentacles together in the same place because the satanic pentacle is the christian satanism which was take from the wiccans and started up as the symbol for a satanist cult in the 1960's which is also a reason why people call wiccans satan worshippers

Wicca is so many things it can be hard to describe. Wicca to me is the feeling of being complete, one with the universe, me being in control and at the same time reliquishing that control when need be. Wicca is part of me, and who i have become. The worshiping of nature and the goddess & god. The love for the universe and it's many complexities. I live the wiccan way as much as possible because it makes me feel like me.
okay Im gona say just few thing here...
First off all Satanism is not corruption,and its Demons are not evil!!!It is a sad fact that few people know the real meaning of our symbols. Most take false and erroneous information from Christian sources.The Point Down Pentagram symbolizes energy entering our crown chakra from above.We don t send our energy from root to crown like wiccans,cause its all lost in the universe then,we send it from crown to root in Earth where is more needed,thats why we have inverted pentagon!And also it symbolises Air,Water,Fire,Earth and Spirit not some Satan symbols of corruption,and it is not oposite with pentagon!

Jeez, people read one thing on a website and automatically think its true. Alright kid listen up becuase im not reposting after this.
Wicca is a belif system consisting of nature, Gods and Goddessess, Elements(including spirit). There are differnt paths of wicca but the original ones are Gardnerian and Alexandrian which can be confused for one another they are fairly similar except for a few changes.
Then there is dianic wicca which is soly for women. enough said for that.
theres also celtic wicca
and georgian wicca which can best be described as eceletic which is the pratice of taking aspects from multipule religions and binding it into one path.
The elements in wicca(and most magical paths) consitst of Water earth wind and spirit. The spirit isnt usually mentioned but its there.
