I have bought a number of things from the store including a crystal ball and stand, Tarot cards, wooden boxes, and some oils and powders and I was satisfied with all of them. Service has always been prompt. However, right now with the pandemic the mail and various shipping companies like FedEx are experiencing delays, so your item might take a bit longer than normal to arrive.
I have bought several items from the site shop. For me, it usually takes about 4-5 days for my orders to arrive. Everything comes carefully packed and in wonderful condition. The only issue I had was when I was shipped the wrong item. I wanted a spell kit, but was shipped a writing kit instead. The writing kit was similar to the spell kit in name so it was an easy mistake to make. They let me keep the wrongly shipped item and sent me the correct one, I just needed to confirm my order number and the item numbers. I've honestly not ever had a bad experience with the shop or item shipping.
I especially love the different oils. Some of the espiritu varieties are very nice.
I have as well bought an Oracle deck to replace one I previously owned, and am very interested in purchasing another one. I have been looking for this exact deck and som has it.
As far as shipping I personally do not live too far from the warehouse location, essentially a state away. There is a processing time for about a week, and then the items for me anyway ship quickly enough, about a day or two, depending. I noticed the packaging is very nicely done. I have ordered oils and they have arrived safely.
Not a bad experience all in all, and the tarot prices are not too bad. The occult shop here is in a tourist area, so I find it easier to order decks online.
The book selection has variety, though I would love to see more added as well.
