Does anyone know if people can astral project in a group? Like bring someone to the astral world with you? I searched on google and haven't found an answer.
Hypothetically, I think it's possible. But it would require a lot of different things first.
Firstly, the person pulling someone into the astral plane would have to be able to get there themselves, and not only that but stay there and adequately navigate it. This is easier said than done. Though the plane looks precisely like our own in a variety of spots, it does not function that way. Even walking is not as simple as putting one foot in front of the other.
Secondly, if the first person were able to either find the second in the astral plane or somehow reach inside of their dreams, I would think this step to be necessary. Because astral projection is an out of body experience, you cannot simply grab someone and pull them in. You would need to somehow get in touch with their astral self, their projection of themself. Since the astral plane and our dreamselves tend to be very closely related, I would think the easiest way to this would be by dreamwalking. Of course, I say "easiest" relatively because I cannot imagine that anyone can reach inside of someone and pull their projection out of them. A projection is something deliberate from the person casting it. It is the way they see themselves and the entity they would use to travel through and experience the astral plane. It cannot exactly be dragged out. It has to be cast.
That said, dreamwalking is not easy either. And even from there, this requires knowledge of how to enter the astral plane from dreams and convincing someone else in this state that their dream is not simply a dream, but that they are a projection that they can control and then convincing them to follow you.
Lastly, this requires the person being brought to the astral plane to have an understanding of astral projection as well, andas I said, the navigation.
There may be another way to do it, but from my own experiences, this is what I think would be the easiest and the best way to ensure that you find each other once there.
